Refund policy
At Miss Bazaar, every piece is designed to be worn with confidence and intention. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with a return under the conditions below.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Free from makeup, perfume, or marks
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to improper care or wear
How to Request a Return
- Email contact@missbazaar.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Miss Bazaar cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@missbazaar.co.uk, including photos of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
